33mwm Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 33mwm platform ("the Platform"), you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("the Terms"), together with any policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of each visit. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, regardless of how they access it.

To register and use 33mwm, the Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of account activity:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. 33mwm operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• The Player must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) opening and using an account in their own name.
• The Player must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is illegal or restricted. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain the legal status of online gaming in their jurisdiction prior to registration.
• The Player must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee, director, officer, or contractor of 33mwm or any affiliated entity.
• The Player must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the 33mwm platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or at any point during account activity.

33mwm reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Such evidence may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Until satisfactory identity verification is provided, 33mwm may restrict account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds.

Each Player may only maintain one active account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud against 33mwm. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33mwm reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeit any balance held within those accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

Account Credentials

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. The Player must not share their credentials with any third party. 33mwm will never ask for a Player's password by any channel. Any activity conducted through a Player's account using the correct login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by that Player.

Account Suspension and Closure

33mwm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Where the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Where the Platform is required to act by an applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

33mwm processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. The Platform accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 33mwm does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, the Player's payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which 33mwm bears no responsibility.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to the Player's 33mwm account within seconds of a successful wallet transaction confirmation. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to five minutes to process. All deposits are subject to fraud screening. 33mwm reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that fails fraud screening criteria.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and was used to make a deposit into the account.
• The Player must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with an active bonus before a withdrawal request relating to bonus-derived funds will be processed.
• 33mwm reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its KYC obligations.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal banking hours may be processed on the next business day, though most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within minutes regardless of time of day.

33mwm is not responsible for delays caused by a Player's payment provider, including mobile wallet providers, bank processing delays, or technical outages at the payment provider level. Where a withdrawal is delayed, the Player should first check with their payment provider before contacting 33mwm support.

33mwm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms, together with any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier and any game restrictions or contribution weightings are specified in the individual bonus terms. 33mwm will clearly state the wagering requirement for any bonus at the time it is offered. A Player may not withdraw bonus funds until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational Players. 33mwm reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus (and any winnings derived from that bonus) where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets, exploiting promotional terms, or colluding with other players to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
• A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through a different account, mobile number, device, or payment method constitutes bonus abuse.
• 33mwm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion that is subsequently modified or cancelled will be subject to the terms in place at the time they opted in.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Any winnings in excess of the stated cap will be removed from the Player's account.

33mwm is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools designed to assist Players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within the Player's account at any time. 33mwm does not permit minors to register or use the Platform under any circumstances. Age verification is conducted as part of the registration process, and 33mwm may conduct additional verification checks at any point during a Player's account lifetime. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds (less any amounts already withdrawn) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33mwm Platform. A Player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all balances and pending winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud, including but not limited to: use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, identity theft, and submission of falsified identity documents during KYC verification.
• Money laundering or any activity designed to disguise, conceal, or convert proceeds of unlawful activity through the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players, including the use of shared accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other arrangement designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, or to gain any advantage not available through normal gameplay.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or payment systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.

33mwm employs fraud detection technology and may share information about confirmed fraudulent activity with payment processors, gaming industry bodies, and law enforcement agencies as required by applicable law.

All content on the 33mwm Platform, including but not limited to: the platform's name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, code, and all other materials accessible through the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of 33mwm or its licensors. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational use. No Player may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 33mwm.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33mwm shall not be liable to any Player for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; or any damages arising from interruption or cessation of service, technical failures, third-party acts, or events beyond 33mwm's reasonable control (including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events).

33mwm's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

33mwm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, 33mwm will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of the change by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the Player's registered contact details. However, 33mwm is not obligated to provide advance notice for minor amendments, corrections of typographical errors, or amendments required immediately by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.
